This week is Blitz Capitol Hill Art Walk!

7:00 Pm screening of Man with a Movie Camera

As a part of this month’s art walk we are screening Russian Director Dziga Vertov’s Man With a Movie Camera.

Man With a Movie Camera is an experimental documentary filmed in 1929 Soviet Russia.  It was a ground breaking avant-garde style utilizing double exposure, extreme close-ups, tracking shots, stop motion animation, slow and fast motion, freeze frames, and split screens.
